We are looking for a self-driven, energetic individual who welcomes a good challenge and not afraid to do extra hours when necessary. The experience is not required as full training will be given.
You will be required to work in a lettings department which is part of Property Asset Management Company.
This is a great opportunity to start and develop your career in property sector from the beginning, the right way. You will have a lot of support from joint departments as and when needed.
Your job as a property consultant will consist of the following:
1. Calling the applicant
2. Arrange viewings
3. Convert viewings into deals
4. Canvass for property instructions
5. Arrange and go on valuations
6. Instructing the property
Plus a little admin work involved as well.
There will be a probationary period of one month.
We offer a commission base structure to start with, which is between 25% to 30% + commission for instructions + company phone. The tools to reach your target will be provided – the rest is up to you.
Driving license is a must and it would be preferred for you to have your own car, if not then you can use company car to carry out your viewings.
